As the founder of TNC Speaking and Coaching, Nicole uses her expertise in human connection, influential communication, and negotiation to teach others how to build authentic relationships that lead to successful outcomes.
After 15 years as a high school math teacher, Nicole transitioned into corporate sales, quickly rising to become the #1 salesperson in the nation at a Fortune 500 company. Through the very methods she used to achieve that success—focusing on genuine human connection and mastering powerful conversations—Nicole now helps businesses and entrepreneurs elevate their sales strategies. Her belief is simple: selling is serving, and true sales come from relationships, not transactions.
